When we won’t recommend a system
If the process changes every month, it is better to clarify it first and only then set it in software. Sometimes tidying the spreadsheet and adding one automation is enough — when we see that, we say so.

FAQ
What people ask most often.
Why not just a better spreadsheet?+
A spreadsheet is excellent while one person works in it. Once more people touch it, there is no history, no permissions, and no check that nonsense doesn’t get entered. A system deals with exactly that. If a spreadsheet is enough, we won’t try to talk you out of it.
Do we have to stop using what we have?+
Not necessarily. We often leave accounting and other tools where they are, and only connect them. We replace only what the system takes over completely.
What about the data we already have?+
We transfer it — from spreadsheets and from the database of the tool you use now. That is usually one of the first steps, so you don’t start on an empty system.
Will people who aren’t technical manage it?+
We plan for that from the start. A system people walk around because it is complicated is money thrown away. That is why we show unfinished versions and adjust them to how people actually work.
