When we won’t recommend an application
If a ready-made tool already covers your process, it is more sensible to pay for it than to build your own. Building makes sense when ready-made products force you to change how you work, or when you need to keep the data with you.

The demo is a working booking system. You pick a service, a stylist and a free slot, and the booking shows up in the day view, where you can keep working with it. The salon is made up. No client project is behind it.

It depends on the scope — a simple portal is a different job from a system with permissions and connections to other tools. You can often start with a smaller piece.

Can we start with a smaller piece and add to it?+
Yes, and we recommend it. First we build what saves the most time, put it into use, and decide what comes next from how it is actually used. That saves money on features nobody would use.
Where will it run, and who will look after it?+
We deploy it to the hosting or cloud we agree on and hand over access. We can watch it, or your IT can — the code and the data stay yours.
Can it handle several people with different permissions?+
Yes. We deal with roles and permissions almost every time. Without them, sooner or later someone sees something they shouldn’t.
Will it work on a phone?+
Yes. For bookings and notes from the field, the phone is usually the main device, so we plan for it from the start, not at the end.
